Normal order processing can take between 1- 2 business days (Wednesday – Saturday). Sundays - Tuesdays are not including to our business days. Shipping in the USA and Canada will take approximately 2 - 7 business days for delivery once the package has been released to the shipping carrier.
We try our best to get orders shipped as soon as possible. Tracking information will be sent to all customers via email after their package have shipped.
Hollywood's Boutique is not responsible for packages lost by the shipping carrier.
We want you to love your purchase but if you are not 100% satisfied with your order, you can return the product(s) for a Store Credit Only. If you are approved for a store credit you can visit our site and use that credit toward your next purchase equal to the original price and tax if applicable. The item(s) must be in its original, unworn, unwashed, odor and stain free condition, with all tags still attached. You can return items for up to 1 week from the date you purchased it. Hollywood's Boutique return policy is strictly enforced, we will not accept any returns after 7 days from the date purchased
Items that can't be returned...
* We do not offer exchanges simply because we only keep a limited quantity of each particular style. By the time we process a return the product(s) you ordered may be out of stock.
*If you send us a return package and it gets lost in the mail, unfortunately we can't honor a store credit. If your return package is uninsured and missing, you will have to request a lost mail search with the carrier you chose. If your package is located by the carrier within that 7 day period and shipped to us, we will process your return.
*The customer is responsible for all shipping costs. We suggest you use the postal service as their fees are more budget friendly.
