LASH TECH RESPONSIBILITIES

• Greet and interact with customers. Provide quality services to customers, suggest and educate new customers about our services.
• Complete the check in and out process. Help with daily duties. 
  
• Must have at least Classic experience.
• We specialize in Facials, Eyelash Extensions, Eyelash Lifts and more in the near future.

ESTHETICIAN RESPONSIBILITIES

• Evaluate a customer's skin condition and offer recommendations for treatments.
• Perform facials which include exfoliation, microdermabrasion, chemical peels and other skin refinements.
• Recommend skincare products to customers, including lotions, facial washes and moisturizers.
• Wax or pluck unwanted hair.
• Maintain beauty and skincare tools.
• Extensive knowledge of skincare techniques.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, a talent for making people feel comfortable and better about themselves.
• Strong time management abilities.
• Ability to recommend and sell products.

REQUIREMENTS

• You MUST have a Texas Esthetician or Cosmetology license.
• Must have a passion for providing beauty services.
• Must have excellent customer service skills.
• Must have your own reliable transportation.
• If you do not have a lash certification, courses are available.
• Must be Lash certified by a reputable source OR have at least one year of verifiable lash experience.
